Baked Parmesan Chicken


















Ingredients:
  • 3 chicken breast but into 4 oz servings
  • 3/4 cup seasoned homemade breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese 
  • 1/2 cup marinara 
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (grated can also be used)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

Spray large baking pan with nonstick spray.

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan Cheese in a medium bowl. Brush chicken portions with extra virgin olive oil. Dip all the chicken into the bread crumb mixture one at a time. Placing them on the prepared baking pan.

Once all your chicken is ready place in the oven for 15 min. Then flip and bake and additional 5 min. They should be a nice brown. Take pan out and cover each piece of chicken with 1 tbsp of marinara and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Bake about 3 min to melt the cheese.
